Hi! We're a tiny little business with a big ol' chunky horsebox trailer. After many months of carefully restoring and rebuilding, she's kitted out with a beautiful wood fired oven - perfect for our homemade pizzas and loaded nachos. Teamed up with the 3x3 tent, she can manage burgers, texan steaks and all kinds of BBQ'd/plancha'd imaginations as well. More into soul bowls, middle eastern chicken or hot one-pot dishes?
